This website is operated by Bloom Along, a trading name used by GINO VASQUEZ MARZA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bloom Along.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

However, screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations, and supplier updates may result in minor differences between the product displayed online and the product received.
Flowers, decorative items, and styling accessories shown in product images are not included unless explicitly stated.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
Applicable taxes, if any, may be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping is currently free for US orders, as described in our Shipping Policy.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud;
- payment authorization issues;
- shipping restrictions;
- inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Payment authorization may occur when you place an order. Depending on the payment method and our order review process, payment may be captured after the order has been reviewed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our current Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days.
Standard shipping to the United States is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 9–19 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from China through our fulfillment partner.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Under our current standard US shipping arrangement, customs clearance and applicable import charges are generally expected to be handled through our shipping partner.
Shipping and customs arrangements may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or circumstances of the shipment.
If you are unexpectedly asked by a carrier to pay a customs, duty, or brokerage charge, please contact us before making payment so we can investigate.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or significantly delayed orders are handled according to our published Returns & Refunds Policy.
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other website content.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
